- דַּרְדֵּיג(Paʿpel of דרג, cmp. זרק; v. Fl. in Levy Talm. Dict. I, 444a>) to drip. Keth.17b ד׳ משחאוכ׳ he dripped oil on the head of scholars at his sons wedding. Ib. דַּרְדּוּגֵי משחאוכ׳ the act of dripping oil (indicating that the bride is a virgin).
